Many times a patient may say "it feels like I was kicked in the belly by a ----"mule, horse, and now really a donkey. This friend actually raises donkeys and was attending to a newborn donkette and the mother tried to take him out.If a patient says the magic words then you MUST think ruptured aorta or at least a tear of the intima from the muscularis in the aorta. Or a real kick.

I think if my wife beat me, i would come up with a kicked by a donkey story as well.
....then again, i guess i would have to be married first....
is the plural of donkey spelled donkies? or donkeys?
