TV-Turnoff Week
April 25-May 1 is TV-Turnoff Week. I'm not sure if that is supposed to include internet and the like. I can do without the tv but probably not internet.

The irrational yet irrestible urge to know or make known. The CC is a "club" founded by a small group of medical professionals, who have made a pastime of turning medical cases and discussions into medically irrelevant history lessons, philosophical rants, and displays of one-upsmanship. The official premise, since the "club" was named, has been to exchange and discuss various books, movies, and ideas. Sometimes we eat sushi.

25,000 in a new audio visual system and you think I turning off MY TV dont think so!!!
I can do without TV but must admit am addicted to the BLOG. Can not do with out E-medicine either.
Yeah, I can usually do without TV, especially since the wife is usually watching "The Apprentice" and "The Bachelor." Although, I do enjoy watching "House M.D." after "American Idol." Last episode they had a lady with Wilson's disease. They are pretty close with their medical facts and the show isn't as sensationalized as "ER."
