I don't know which of your four posts on this one case would be best to comment again on so I will just use the most recent. I used yahoo and searched "bilateral red painful feet". The first result apparently launched some adware attack on my computer that was stopped by my firewall. The second result was a table for showing Foot Manifestations of Systemic Disorders which has erythromelalgia included. The next six results were not relevant and the ninth entry had an entry on Erythromelalgia from DermNet NZ that seems pretty good. I was happy that your case was more interesting that BLE DVT's.
