Longitude

I am finishing the short book "Longitude" by Dava Sobel and I think you will find it fascinating. It combines history and science and determination. I highly recommend it. She also wrote "Galileo's Daughter" which I have not read but was recommended by the same friend who gave me the 1st book mentioned. I also have lost the web site address that we both frequent so send it to my e-mail please.

Yes, I remember looking at that book; it was pretty new back when I was working at Barnes and Noble. It looks like a good one and I will listen to it at some point, but I hate to use one of my audible.com credits for a $13.00 book. I would rather use them on the $50.00 Murakami books that are so darn good. Anyway are you talking about girlsgonewild.com? Thats not that hard to remember. See you at the big party!

I went ahead and downloaded Longitude, and started it this morning. So far it is pretty good.
I guess the anonymous random commenter wanted to remain anonymous due to his/her spelling problems.

I think I like Anonymous.

Anyway I finished Longitude yesterday. It was well worth it. I'm not sure what I'm going to listen to next. Any more suggestions?
