Blogmaster, look at this on the net. Even though the presentation may not be the same, the hyperpigmented lesions and various shapes could fit the picture you showed me. Fixed drug eruption comes to mind also but I think of those being darker and the need for repeat drug ingestion complicate this dx.
Anyway read about the phytophotodermatitis--it is interesting and I like the way it sounds.

eMedicine and Dermatlas. Yes, hopefully I will be ready to pull that diagnosis out of my hat when the time comes. I bet I have missed it before. I like the specific mention of reaction to limes on both sites.
