Flash, study old in-training exams, test questions frome the ABFM, and then the core(these questions are usually harder than the exam).

As to the smell in the office, someone left something brown and mushy in paper sack in a corner of the office over the last weekend. It smelled terrible, but it countered the pine tree smell and things were even until 2 days ago--then the paper sack got real ripe and I had to run out and get 3 more pine trees. Today I HAD to get rid of the paper sack.
Things will probably be back to normal by Christmas.
