Stalin after

Recent removal of Joseph Stalin in Gorgi, Georgia. Maybe the last statue of Stalin on earth.

Wow! I guess that is a pretty big deal to have both of those shots in your library. I remember when you took the first one but what about the second pic of the downed Stalin? When did you take that? I frequently remember his cold quote from the book Young Stalin: "One death is a tragedy, a million deaths is a statistic."

I commented last night but it isn't showing up except when I try to leave a comment it shows up on that page.

Wait a second, I don't think you took either of these pics did you. I think you have posted the first still standing statue pic before though.

Thats child's play compared to the rubble that sometimes falls off your keyboard. What I'm saying is that you have posted the upright pic of Stalin before and for some reason I was thinking that you had taken the pic yourself. Then I acutally thought about it and realized that you did not take the picture yourself. I do know where that pic came from. I do not know where the picture of stalins statue on the ground came from.

Both pics came from the net, I would have had to travel to the Grand Republic of Georgia to have snapped them personally.
