I found this Luna moth on our steps, guess a critter ate its innards.

The CC is a "club" founded by a small group of medical professionals, who have made a pastime of turning medical cases and discussions into medically irrelevant history lessons, philosophical rants, and displays of one-upsmanship. The official premise, since the "club" was named, has been to exchange and discuss various books, movies, and ideas. Sometimes we eat sushi.

Hey Joe, I finally switched over to the new blogger setup so I can comment and post with this account, though a genuinely relevant comment here is impossible since we discussed this nice pic in person.
Well, I think at least a recap of your astute observation is in order.
First comment: "Was that the way you found the moth remains or did you place them that way?" Joe's response was yes to both. He found them just like that, but before he could get a picture the wind blew them or something so he had to move them back just like they were.
Second comment: Do you think the predator got a good night's sleep after eating the moth? Joe's response was initially a half hearted attempt to laugh as if he got the joke, then a somewhat more genuine laugh when I reminded him that the sleep aid Lunesta uses the luna moth as its trademark.
