Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner...... and Fourth Meal.
This is the leg of a teenager that had many of these lesions. They are usually described as papular urticaria, and are typical sequelae of bedbug bites. This is a good example of the "breakfast, lunch and dinner" phenomenon.

Very good pic ...I have had bed bug bites in Honduras and a couple of things to note. One they itch and two they stay around for almost 2 weeks.
