The official premise, since the "club" was named, has been to exchange and discuss various books, movies, and ideas. Sometimes we eat sushi.

An unfortunate but interesting cause for this patient's "back pain".
Well I just remembered my best trick for getting your photo quizzes right. I read the name of the file and found that this must be a chordoma. I wouldn't have gotten it. After a little research, it looks like this is a one in a million case.
Yeah, I was wondering why you didn't go for the gold immediately. I had never seen or heard of one.
Reading about chordoma it seems to come from notochord residual tissue.
The patient had had a lumbar disc surgery about 1 yr before this was dxed.
The path was confusing to the pathologists but once we read about chordoma and looked at the destruction of the sacrum there was no question on the dx.
