This almost anatomically correct bathroom gusset caught my attention recently in Atlanta. It does help distinguish male vs female--- because sometimes the pants and the skirt seem to blend together.

The CC is a "club" founded by a small group of medical professionals, who have made a pastime of turning medical cases and discussions into medically irrelevant history lessons, philosophical rants, and displays of one-upsmanship. The official premise, since the "club" was named, has been to exchange and discuss various books, movies, and ideas. Sometimes we eat sushi.

Yeah thats pretty neat, but I am not so sure about your term bathroom gusset. Where does that come from. Also Why the Sarah Palin tag?
Well, gusset just came to mind. I wasn't even sure it was a real word, but it sounded right. After I looked it up it's not terribly incorrect.
As for Sara I thought the gusset was cute and so is she.
