Has anyone made the diagnosis of Cutaneous Larval Migrans around here?
My case isnt clear cut because the patient didnt have the pathognomonic itching, but it looks like creeping eruptions and he had an elevated eosinophil count.
If anyone is curious to see the pics, let me know.
